Summary Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for all operational functions of the location while maintaining a solid business relationship with our client. As the Operations Manager you will spend the majority of your time in the field, managing the location and the staff. You will also be responsible for auditing, and monitoring lot maintenance and activity.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Coordinates and schedules employees to assure appropriate staffing levels per shift to meet service requirements
• Facilitates hiring process; provides training and support to staff. Adheres to all corporate and regulatory compliance requirements pertaining to employment
• Coordinates daily activities of the facility
• Acts as the point person for all customer service inquiries, complaints, incident reports and claims for the location
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with all necessary departments.
• Manage employee productivity, budgets, facilities, equipment, employee scheduling, safety and security
• Develop and maintain existing client relationships
• Resolve customer conflicts and recommends solutions
• Maintain customer service standards

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of management/operations experience within a service-related industry, preference will go to candidates with parking industry experience
• MS Excel and Microsoft Office abilities
• Superb customer service skills
• Ability to handle multiple project and task.
• Excellent time-management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 per year
