We are in need of experienced operations director to manage the foreman, jobs, and all aspects of operations. Come be part of an award winning team where you will be appreciated.

Job requirements:

• Manage daily operations of job and crew.
• Ensure quality work is performed at all times.
• Managing trucks and ensure to cut off at appropriate time.
• Managing material orders.
• Measuring area of work being performed to ensure limited to NO overage on materials.
• Communication with Project managers on any issues that may arise during the operation of the job.
• Ensure quality and profitability of daily paving operation.
• Complete daily summaries of job related costs and submit at end of day.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Paving Foreman: 3 years (Required)
