POSITION SUMMARY
This position reports to the Operations Director and manages the operations for the Mobley Gas Processing Facility
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create a culture of safe, compliant, and reliable operations
- Serve as main point of contact for customer nominations, outage coordination and daily operations
- Develop leaders and technical competency within team
- Lead and/or sponsor organizational change and initiatives
- Create local strategies that support and align with organizational goals
- Create and communicate operational budget, track budget performance versus forecast. Forecast outage requirements and their impacts
- Oversee and audit facility compliance with a focus on environmental and safety
- Utilize company platforms to identify improvement opportunities for operations and implement them effectively
- Ensure quality product requirements are achieved as well as all daily gas and liquid nominations
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- 5 years of professional experience with 3 years in the natural gas industry is required, direct experience in Midstream is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- 3-5 years prior leadership experience is required
- Must have knowledge of natural gas gathering, compression, processing, and marketing.
- Current valid driver's license required.
SKILLS:
- Leadership skills that challenge and empower team members while building an inclusive and diverse culture
- Proficient computer skills and experience in Microsoft Office, SAP, Oracle is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of individuals/employees.
- Ability to prepare reports, exercise discretion when dealing with confidential information, and the ability to keep records, analyze and summarize raw data, in order to fill out and submit summary and regulatory reports.
