JNR Management is looking for an Operations Manager for our Country Inn and Suites property in Bedford NH. JNR Management is a growing hotel management company with 10 hotels in the New England area.

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Operations Manager for the 100 room Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Bedford NH. The Operations Manager will be responsible for working with the GM of the property and managing daily hotel operations and providing overall leadership in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As the Operations Manager, you would be responsible for assisting the General Manager with the daily operations of the hotel. Managing daily hotel operations and providing overall leadership in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for

• Assisting the General Manager in Monitoring and developing team member performance of the Frond Desk, Housekeeping, Breakfast, and Maintenance departments.
• Review operational performance, identify areas of opportunity in productivity, operational efficiency and guest satisfaction, and implement action plans to correct those deficiencies
• Ensure guest and team member satisfaction
• Recruit, interview and train team members
• Oversee service quality, operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, brand standard compliance and service and financial measurements.

Role Requirements

- Previous Hotel experience is preferred

- Previous experience working in a branded hotel is preferred. .

Experience:

• Franchise branded hotel: 1 year (Preferred)

Education:

• Associate (Preferred)

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
