American Artstone Company is a premier cast stone and architectural precast manufacturer in the midwest for over 100 years. American Artstone specializes in manufacturing commercial and residential masonry cladding products and has worked on projects such as TCF Stadium (home of the Golden Gophers), University of St. Thomas, Minnesota Vikings Training Facility and UND Ralph Engelstad Arena, just to name a few.

Due to expanded growth American Artstone is looking to hire an Operations Maintenance Managager & Technician. Listed are the primary job responsibilities of this position.

- Create and implement daily and weekly maintenance and inspection procedures for all equipment and document dates of performed repairs/service.

- Inspect, maintain, and repair all plant equipment such as, fork lifts, overhead cranes, concrete mixing equipment, acid wash equipment, power tools, work trucks, payloader, semi, semi-trailers, heating systems, etc.

- Locate and order parts for repairs.

- Developing and implementing a proactive maintenance strategy.

- Repair electrical and plumbing components when allowable by code.

- Ensure all maintenance operations are done in accordance with company policy, OSHA guidelines, or other applicable governing bodies.

- Researching estimates and hiring subcontractors for specialized maintenance work.

- Manage new part inventory and proper disposal of used parts.
