POSITION SUMMARYThe Operations Coordinator position is an exciting opportunity to work with the leadership team in supporting our growing business. The Operations Coordinator will learn from and work with the Operations Manager in the daily and strategic operations in support of the business units, including HVAC, Plumbing, and Electric Service, Service Agreements, and Installation. The Operations Coordinator will handle many facets of the operation and will be a valued player in support of the company’s growth.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for delivering top notch customer service to all customers both internal and external
2. Handle inbound calls from customers and field personnel
3. Responsible for scheduling and dispatching service and installation technicians
4. Assist in coordinating and managing service and installation projects to ensure project delivery of all manufacturer parts and completion of jobs and within allotted budgets and timelines
5. Follow up on technician recommendations for additional services
6. Review work orders to ensure accuracy and completion while flagging jobs and projects to management that do not meet company standards.
7. Provides daily, weekly and monthly KPIs to accounting using their spreadsheet reports.
8. Works with software Success Manager and Jones management team to maximize use of Service Titan operations database in all business process areas including Marketing, Call Center, Dispatching, Customer Experience, Mobile and Membership. .
9. Other duties as assigned
