Job Summary
This Operations Assistant will be responsible for:

This Operations Assistant will be responsible for:
- Providing support for clinical operations for the NICU to resolve equipment, supply, safety, compliance, operational, and cleaning issues.
- Providing positive and effective customer service that supports departmental operations.
- Performing administrative responsibilities as assigned, including interfacing with patients, families and staff, answering phones and nursing call system and managing patient information.
- Serving as a liaison with other departments for problem resolution.
- Maintaining Regulatory and Safety Compliance to include:
- Equipment checks.
- Fire and life safety.
- Monitoring of compressed gas cylinders.
- Weekly audits, etc.
- Maintaining equipment and furniture inventory, including overseeing medical equipment and interfacing with Health Technology Management for issue resolution.
- Ordering and organizing supplies/materials to maintain daily operations.
To qualify, you must have:
- A High School degree or equivalent.
- 1 year customer service, administrative, or experience in a health care setting.
