Equity Staffing has an exciting opportunity as a Workplace Optimization Analyst for a very sought after client in the Oil & Gas industry! This role of Workplace process optimization analyst will have accountability for supporting all finance and procurement related activity for both Workplace Transformation & Services teams. The role will eliminate duplication in effort and expense by working across both teams, ensuring the company's ambitions are delivered in the most streamlined manner.

$35-$40/hr

Responsibilities:

• Identify and complete the centralization of key procurement, finance and other supporting activities from the Workplace Transformation & Services teams
• Understand, simplify and document key processes that support the People and Culture (P&C) Workplace activities
• Provide support to our key service providers to align financial/procurement processes regionally
• Support the resolution of procurement and finance issues, including vendor setup and CDD checks for the P&C Workplace organization
• Own the process of all lease payment assurance globally working with key partners (JLL)
• Coordinate with Workplace regional leads to identify opportunities for continuous improvements
• Support the P&C Workplace financial planning and reporting processes, working with company finance
• Work with the company Procurement team to improve the P2P and other procurement processes
• Provide adhoc support to the wider P&C Workplace organization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a financial discipline
• Demonstrable experience in achieving results in diverse cultures and drives an inquisitive yet respectful mindset whilst promoting innovation and continuous improvement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to understand complex processes, and able to standardize and simplify
• Good communication skills both verbal and written, collaborative and flexible style
• Previous experience of working with multiple accounting, finance and procurement systems
• Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills, building sustainable networks of using high EQ
• Respectful of diverse cultures and perspectives
• Ability to work with regional/country teams across the globe
• Maintain and develop strong relationships across many teams within bp to include bp finance and bp procurement
• Demonstrate extensive understanding of business interconnectivity and the ability to act upon this understanding
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Individual that will take ownership of an activity and ensure resolution
• Pragmatic results driven/execution focused
• Having previously worked with the Vested methodology an advantage

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
