Are you able to analyze business processes and identify solutions to improve operational efficiencies? The Oregon Lottery is looking for (1) one Operational Analyst to join the team, working in a hybrid capacity where you will visit our locations on an as-needed basis.

About the Team
The Operations Analyst will report to the Manager of Operational Excellence as part of the Business Operations team and work to support all teams within Gaming Operations. You will analyze current business operations to identify defects that limit efficiencies. You will provide research for departmental operations to help management make decisions, reformulate policies, adjust processes/logistics, and recommend changes to improve operations. The Operations Analyst will lead process improvement work using standard process improvement methodologies and help execute department strategies.
Job Duties

- Analyze and identify operational requirements and opportunities for improvement.
- Gather information by observing workflows, reading documentation, and conducting employee interviews.
- Document findings, prepares reports, and makes recommendations.
- Develop new processes to enhance operations.
- Work with managers and employees to implement changes.
- Train employees to use new systems or follow new processes.
- Monitor and determine the effectiveness of process changes.
- Establish Operational Excellence standards, ensuring compliance with pre-established standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and three (3) year of experience in reporting, data analysis and data visualization; OR
- Six (6) years of experience reporting, data analysis and data visualization.
