Job description
This role is responsible for supporting all facets of the division. Seeking a highly skilled candidate experienced in luxury leisure supporting Ovation’s clients, the technology tools utilized by Ovation’s clients, including quality control, and identify training opportunities. Only candidates with strong, SABRE knowledge will be considered. This is a very visible role supporting Ovation’s general business operations and requires a strong business acumen, attention to detail and a positive, customer centric attitude.

Excellent recent SABRE skills including exchanges, refunds, complicated international itineraries, pricing and ticketing.

Support clients day to day on:

Supplier queries
-
Commission requests
-
Identify training requirements
-
Organize and enroll users into training programs
-
Liaison between clients and accounting/finance
-
Liaison between clients and IT
-

Assist in interpreting and implementing management’s operating practices
-
Strong organizational skills to coordinate and schedule supplier in office visits & exclusive off-site events.

Experience as an International Leisure travel consultant

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Update and maintain IA portal contacts

Strong service focus and customer orientation for high end, VIP travelers

Well-travelled & strong working knowledge of world geography

Assist clients with maintaining accurate and up to date client lists.

Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks

Ability to manage stressful situations and function in a fast-paced, demanding environment

Internet savvy

Work on projects as requested by senior management

Provide consultation and expert advice to senior management

Participate in strategic business planning regarding Ovation’s luxury leisure department
Location
The US national hourly wage range for this position is from $18.00 per hour to $36.00 per hour. The national range provided includes the hourly rate that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual hourly wage rate will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
