We are seeking a customer-service oriented team player, to fill this Open Position In Buffalo, NY:

This is a Full-Time (Monday-Friday) day shift position, with significant opportunity for overtime, located at our Store & Warehouse in the North Buffalo/Tonawanda, NY area. Join one of the largest janitorial equipment and supplies distributors in the North East. Our family-owned and operated company has an opening for an enthusiastic, energetic, self-motivated, person with previous billing clerk experience. This is a full-time professional position that demands a detail-oriented approach and previous experience handling customer accounts, but a degree is not a requirement.

Duties:

Must be able to competently manage typical business billing procedures including:

• Manage Costing, Pricing, & Billing Functions
• Manage Freight Charges & Taxes
• Issue Customer Invoices / Statements & Manage Customer Files
• Process Credit Memos
• Track Exceptions
• Use of Spreadsheets, Billing Software, Electronic Data Interchange...

The successful candidate will be required to interface with our substantial list of suppliers and also provide a strong customer-service function for our significant book of customers. You must be comfortable in representing our company in a professional manner on the phone and in person.
