The Role:
Are you at the top of your game as a Service Advisor with a franchise dealer or reputable independent shop? - Listen to our Guests’ concerns to determine their needs.
- Communicate the needed repairs and recommended maintenance to the guest.
- Utilize the latest technology to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
The Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:45am - 6:00pm and rotating Saturdays, 8:00am - 1:00pm.
What you bring to the table:
- Previous dealership experience is preferred, but not required.
- You have top-notch communication skills.
- You have excellent computer skills.
- You are able to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
