Position: Green Digital Skills Course Facilitator (Flexible, Global)

Contract Term: Part-time Temporary, 6 months
Hours Per Week: Min. 8 hr/week, Max. 32 hr/week
Salary Range: $25-35/hour USD, based on experience and hours worked

With support from Microsoft and LinkedIn, INCO is launching our inaugural GREEN DIGITAL SKILLS CERTIFICATE PROGRAM (http://greenskills.inco-group.co) to train over 10,000 jobseekers globally with green digital skills to increase their employability for the evolving economy that increasingly requires sustainability-related knowledge & skills.

The Green Digital Skills Certificate Program is comprised of a free, 18-25 hour online training designed to equip learners with in-demand skills that increase their employability to drive the green transition of the global digital ecosystem. Upon completion of the program, learners will attain a shareable certificate from INCO Academy that is backed by LinkedIn.

We are looking for a global team of facilitators to implement the asynchronous online training, and provide synchronous support for learners to successfully complete the coursework.

As a Green Digital Skills Course Facilitator, you will provide our learners with exceptional support as they navigate the intensive, self-paced curriculum. Instructors will work closely with the INCO Academy local and program teams while directly supporting learners. Therefore, ideal candidates are those that value teamwork, diversity, and have a passion for making a difference in the lives of people around the world.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead weekly online engagement sessions that create a sense of community, encourage deeper engagement with curriculum content and help learners complete the program
• Accompany and support learners through their entire program journey - from when they submit their application through their graduation
• Support the development of a vibrant community of learners from a range of different backgrounds by creating a motivational and supportive virtual learning environment (including engaging with learners via Slack)
• Provide learners with practical guidance and mentorship as appropriate
• Supplement curriculum with localized, specific content and real-world examples as needed
• Monitor participant progress within the online learning platform, and share insights with the Program Team to help facilitate solutions and next steps
• Additional administrative tasks as needed

YOUR SKILLS
Required

• Language: English professional proficiency required with priority for multilingual candidates who have fluency in at least 1 other of the following: Chinese, Bahasa Indonesian, German, Spanish, French, Greek, Arabic, Polish
• Experience facilitating online workshops and meetings
• Experience using online tools (Slack, LinkedIn, etc) to create a strong sense of community among people from different backgrounds
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Demonstrated versatility, integrity and desire to be a team player
• Passion for sustainability and social impact

Preferred

• Experience in green-related topics and a passion for tech
• Experience in social-collaborative learning methodologies
• Multilingual
