YOUR MISSION
Littledata is looking for an experienced Onboarding Manager to help our DTC customers get the most out of our ecommerce data platform. In this key position, you will manage the onboarding process for brands on Littledata Plus plans, our top-tier offering for successful ecommerce businesses who are ready to take a data-driven approach to growth.
As the main point of contact during the 90-day onboarding period, you will work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover, then work closely with the customers themselves – successful DTC brands of Shopify and BigCommerce – to ensure that get both short-term and long-term value from Littledata’s tracking solution.
The Onboarding Manager will be a key liaison between customers and different departments at Littledata, including sales, marketing, product and customer success. Your metrics for success will be trial completion and retention rates, as well as NPS scores and customer satisfaction. We work together as a team to help brands get the most out of Littledata, and we are energized by seeing them scale the smart way with accurate, actionable data!
Key responsibilities
Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders; develop and share a deep understanding of our customers’ analytics goals and business growth plans
Drive high-quality implementations and feature adoption
Confidently demonstrate Littledata benefits and use cases in data destinations such as Segment, Google Analytics (UA & GA4) and Facebook Conversions API
Hold weekly and monthly check-ins with customers during the 90-day onboarding period. Provide thorough data audits and assist with troubleshooting.
Conduct product demos and analytics training sessions; bring in technical experts as needed
Collaborate with sales, marketing and customer success to develop best-in-class learning materials and product marketing collateral (explainer videos, learning videos, PDFs, blog posts, webinars)
Communicate value and nurture clients step by step toward a successful product adoption using expert knowledge of both the modern data stack and the ecommerce industry (modern DTC brands using Shopify and BigCommerce)
Gather product feedback and share top use cases
YOUR PROFILE
Must provide consistent coverage of US time zones for calls with customers.
Self-motivated and proactive mindset.
Detail-oriented with strengths in data analysis
2+ years of SaaS B2B experience in a similar customer-facing role (Sales, Customer Success, Support, or Account Management).
Experience navigating and influencing Enterprise customers or C-level executives in the digital marketing/e-commerce ecosystem
