Your favorite digital creators—the ones you follow every day on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok or Twitch—aren't just extraordinarily talented personalities and community builders. They're also businesses. That means they have business needs—managing revenues, expenses, savings, credit, banking. We're building products that help creators spend less time worrying about finances so they can focus on creating.

Our team is looking to add an Onboarding Coordinator to help build exceptional experiences for a community that expects nothing less. You will be the primary point of contact for creators during the onboarding process and owner of all document collocation, and the account set up process.
This role will be critical in helping us continue to scale our product offerings, and to create a seamless onboarding experience for our creators.
Life as a Onboarding Coordinator at Karat:

• Communicate with creators to collect documents associated with their enrolled products and services.
• Regularly connect with key stakeholders and other departments to effectively hand off accounts.
• Run onboarding calls to set clear expectations regarding their products and services.
• Monitor and update account statuses and incoming documents to ensure all accounts are up to date and documents properly stored.

What You'll Need:

• 1+ years of experience of onboarding, client relations, account management, or similar experience.
• Outstanding communication, customer service, and relationship building skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, proven ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability and desire to create a phenomenal client experience.
• Understanding and appreciation for the creator economy and the unique challenges they face.
