Job description
The OhioRISE Plan must have Regional Coordinators who develop and execute the Plan's engagement activities in priority communities. Responsibilities include:
  • Serve as the OhioRISE Plan's primary point of contact for Ohio's child serving system stakeholders, including behavioral health, child welfare, juvenile justice, developmental disabilities, education, and Family and Children First.
  • Bridge connections and foster relationships between system stakeholders and the OhioRISE Care Management Entities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for improvement efforts involving community-based organizations.
  • Attend or oversee OhioRISE Plan attendance at community events, including training and education opportunities and conferences.
  • Attend or oversee OhioRISE Plan attendance at system stakeholder meetings, including local County Alcohol Drug and Mental Health Board (ADAMH), Boards of Developmental Disability, Public Children Services Associations (PCSA), Family and Children First Councils, Juvenile Courts, and School Districts
  • Coordinate and provide OhioRISE education and training for state, regional and local child-serving entities regarding the roles and responsibilities of the OhioRISE Plan and the Care Management Entities (CMEs).
  • Collaborate with the Ohio Department of Medicaid and other state agency funded community-based organizations to bolster the presence of the OhioRISE Plan as a collaborative and trusted partner.
  • Collaborate with the CMEs to identify service and resource gaps in local communities and assist state and local child-serving agencies in addressing those gaps.
  • Coordinate the tracking of process measures, as needed, related to OhioRISE Plan's improvement efforts in communities.
  • Promote the referral of members to community-based organizations.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 75,400
Maximum: 162,700

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years experience in the Ohio child serving system of care serving multi-system youth, including behavioral health, child welfare, juvenile justice, developmental disabilities, education, and Family and Children First.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Ohio child serving system funding streams.

  • 7+ years’ experience with several of the following methodologies: management consulting, project consulting, business process consulting, financial strategic analysis, mergers and acquisitions, strategic business planning, and/or risk management consulting.

  • Demonstrated relationship management skills at the senior level; capacity to quickly build and maintain credible relationships at varying levels of the organization simultaneously.

  • Demonstrated leadership with relevant initiatives: Business process, enterprise business project management/consulting, financial strategic planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, risk management.

  • Demonstrated superior business process, project management and organizational redesign experience.

  • Demonstrated experience successfully implementing change in complex organizations.

  • Experience with enterprise-wide and/or cross-functional large-scale initiatives with high degree of complexity.

  • Team leadership and team building skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge and experience with high fidelity wrap around and care coordination.

  • Residency in the West Region of Ohio is preferred

  • Master's degree preferred, but not required.

  • Appropriate licensure or certification by discipline preferred.

Bachelor's degree minimum; Master's degree preferred
