Asian food distributor is seeking Planning Department Office Support to join their New Jersey branch.

Responsibilities:

• Preform data entry for order entry and record keeping
• Communicate and work with team members local and remote locations with in multiple departments
• Coordinating and communicating shipments with their respective departments
• Assist in tracking and maintaining different aspects of licenses, item registration, territories, special deals and pricing

Qualifications:

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of business or law is a plus
• Experience in state compliance as a paralegal is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites

While performing the duties of this job, you may be required to type for extended periods throughout the day and intermittently sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk, and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision, as well as, lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
