Office Manager - Continental Collision Center
Job description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Oversees accounting functions for the Collision Center
- Ensure compliance with OEM Collision Repair Certification Programs
- Ensure compliance with I-Car Gold Class Certification
- Consistently follow up with insurance companies on supplement payments
- Assist repair planners with OEM repair procedure lookup
- Ensure office personnel is using proper accounting procedures & maintaining accurate records
- Analyze and organize office operations and procedures
- Maintain, clean & reconcile schedules
- Cross-Trains staff members consistently for proper back-up
- Coordination and participation in team activities within the department
- Must be able to back up each position in the office and step in when needed
- Provide support to General Manager and the department managers at the Collision Center
- Assists in preparing & submits payroll to the payroll team for processing in a timely manner while maintaining organized records of all payrolls submitted with backup.
- Ensures compliance with all government regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of Collision Center Accounting experience required.
- Experience with OEM Collision Repair Certification Programs
- Positive, team-building style attitude
- Interacts effectively with co-workers
- Understands and follows work rules and procedures
- Accepts constructive criticism
- Must have held a valid driver’s license for at least 1 year
- Preferred knowledge of CDK, Paycom and CCC One Estimating
- Excel and Google Sheets proficiency
- Experience as an Automotive Office Manager or similar role (Asst. Office Manager)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (AR/AP/Financial Statements etc.)
- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
Hours:
- Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
- This is a full-time position.
Compensation:
- Starting pay is $55,000 per year plus monthly bonus.
