You enjoy coming into the office Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. As our Bookkeeper - Office Manager, you are the backbone of our business, keeping everything running like a well-oiled machine. With your impressive bookkeeping skills, you take charge of managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and handling client billing like a boss. But that's not all - you answer phones, file paperwork, and dazzle clients with your customer service skills. You even get to flex your social media savvy by managing our accounts. Always happy to help, you handle any other administrative work that is needed.
