Support Staff Office Manager

Location: Marble Hill, MO
Full-Time: Exempt
Pay Range: $35,568 - 40,568/year - Dependent upon relevant experiences

Summary:

Community Counseling Center (CCC) is looking for a driven Office Manager for our Bollinger County office. You would be responsible for leading our Support Staff in the Marble Hill, MO office to meet Community Counseling Center Goals, and would manage the day-to-day operations of the office, train new staff, troubleshoot problems, and ensure the office runs smoothly.

Our Marble Hill Office employs approx. 25 staff in total, and we pride ourselves on the team based approach that we take. While not directly supervising all staff, as the Office Manager, you would be one of the 'Go-To's' for employee engagement in the MH office.

Our Minimum Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or HSE or GED;
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in a medical office setting
• Preference will be given to those with previous supervisory experience.

Job Duties:

• Supervise and direct support staff (Receptionist, Secretaries, Medical Records, etc.) in the Marble Hill office. This includes training, providing supervision, staff performance assessments, and ensuring a team-based approach is utilized.
• Ensure effective communication with clients and staff.
• Provide support to your staff, clients, and others within the agency.
• Manage staff schedules and timekeeping, and assist with overflow if needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with agency policies and laws regarding protection of client PHI.
• Manage office budget, facilities, and compliance with laws and regulations.
• Develop and maintain staff professional development.
• Other duties may be required.
