The San Francisco, CA office is seeking a detail-oriented/multi-tasking Office Coordinator. This person will report directly to the local Complex Operations Manager and Executive Vice President.

Responsibilities:

· Front desk coverage

· Works closely with the Complex Onboarding Manager as well as with candidates

· Collaborates with Exam Prep Coordinator and candidates

· Works with VPs on updating and maintaining Smartsheet

· Candidate test prep and exam scheduling

· Liaison with property management for facility issues

· Supporting the CRM program

· Ordering and updating marketing material, prospectus

· Submitting Level 1 tickets

· Setting up and troubleshooting office technology issues

· Scheduling/reserving conference rooms

· Mail review and distribution, working closely with compliance

· New Business processing

· Assist in tracking of onboarding (working with Onboarding & Ops Manager)

· Order pantry and office supplies

· Stock copiers/fax machines

· Miscellaneous projects

· Device and security management

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree preferred

· 1-2 years of experience in business is preferred

· Strong technical aptitude

· Able to work closely with both the leadership team and advisors

  • Ability to function independently and work well with a team
  • Proactive decision-making skills
  • Strong ability to collaborate
