Job Responsibilities:
- Assists client in performing Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) and Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s)
- Organizes and directs the daily operations of the home care agency consistent with the home care policies, regulatory requirements, and Asbury Communities.
- Ensures caregiving associate and client start-of-care packets are prepared.
- Communicates pertinent information to the home care Executive Director, caregiving associates and other facility staff, clients, or families in a timely manner.
- Maintains and generates associate and client schedules and keep schedules updated and current.
- Assists in resolving client complaints/issues.
- Prior to the start of all services, assure the admission paperwork is completed in accordance with regulatory requirements. Update client files as required to meet current business initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a home care, personal or long-term care setting.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- General clerical and office experience and proficiency with Microsoft applications referred.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- CNA Certification required.
