Office Coordinator/Administrative Assistant
Job description
Currently seeking an energetic Office Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience within an office setting and a background in any business industry.
Responsibilities of the Office Coordinator
- Be a key role in the completion and execution of the administrative process for an extremely busy department.
- Day-to-day clerical tasks (including faxing, filing, and data entry).
- Calendar maintenance (involving meeting set-up and project deadlines).
- Travel arrangements.
- Meeting & greeting visitors into the department.
- Appropriately directing client calls to the appropriate executive.
- Preparing correspondence.
- Paperwork and database management.
- Responding to upper-management requests.
- Perform a wide variety of tasks.
Requirements of the Administrative Coordinator
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience within an office setting
- Effective team player
- Detailed-oriented
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional attitude and attire
- Strong attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
