Duration: 07+ Months Contract/Can be Extended

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Pay Rate : $16/hr on W2

Job Description
Transportation Coordinator – Temp position
1.) Scheduling inbound and outbound loads using SAP / WMS and Transportation Management systems.
2.) Work closely with the DC manager and third-party shipping office on maximizing the dock schedule.
3.) Work with other team members to answer customer and carrier email questions in a timely manner.
4.) Run specific reports timely and distribute to appropriate teams using email distribution list or downloading to shared drive file.
5.) Communicate trailer needs to carriers and monitor trailer pool at each DC.
6.) Other duties that relate to transportation
Requirements
1.) Must possess strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships within a third-party distribution center.
2.) Timely and effective verbal and written communications.
3.) Must possess strong analytical skills including problem resolution and analysis.
4.) Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
5.) Strong skill set in WMS, RedPrairie and SAP.
