Position Summary
A leading global supply chain management company of agriculture commodities for feed and fiber is seeking a self-motivated individual for a position in our Mississippi Warehouse team located in Olive Branch, MS. The successful candidate will assist the Office Administrator in the daily processing for multiple warehouses, and is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking. This role will report to the Warehouse Manager.
Position Responsibilities
- Process daily warehouse activity in e-cotton system, which include issuing and cancelling receipts, scheduling loads, and importing orders.
- Assist with research and correction of any inventory discrepancies at multiple facilities.
- Handle inbound phone calls for truck activity.
- Log truck activity on daily spread High school diploma
- sheet.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
- High school diploma
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Data entry skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, fluent in Excel and Word
- Customer service skills
- Ability to multitask
