POSITION DESCRIPTION
DBL Law is seeking an Office Clerk for the Covington, KY location. This position will provide support for all areas of the firm and report directly to the Communication Coordinator. This is a part-time position and may include daytime and evening hours, Monday-Friday.

CLASSIFICATION: Part-time, hourly

COMPENSATION: $16 per hour

JOB DUTIES

  • Sort and deliver mail and packages
  • Daily post office and bank runs
  • Daily runs to local courthouses/Clerk offices for Boone, Kenton, Campbell, Hamilton counties
  • Provide support for attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants
  • Assists the Marketing Director and IT Director with projects
  • Complete copy and binding requests in-house and through outside vendors
  • Provide break coverage for reception desk, including answering calls and greeting clients
  • Conference room and kitchen set-up, clean-up, and restocking
  • Monitor supply usage and maintain adequate levels
  • Assist staff with catering orders and room setups for firm events and meetings
  • Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work as part of a team
