Office Assistant/Staff Member-Weekends Required (Full-time)
Job description
SUMMARY: We are a family owned business with our top priority being customer service. The Self-Storage Associate is an energetic, outgoing self-starter who has excellent sales, marketing, and customer service skills. This Associate aggressively contributes to profitability by developing and maintaining mutually beneficial business relationships and being committed to customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Data Entry
- Customer Service
- Ability to show and rent units
- Retail sales
- Ability to work in an office setting
- Cash Handling skills
- Good Communication skills
- Organizational skills
-Cleans space(s) as vacated, office, restroom, and grounds as needed
-Maintains a neat, clean, safe and secure facility including minor maintenance and daily lock checks as well as visual inspection daily
-Assist in preparing units for auction, vacate as prescribed by law, and approved by management
Experience and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, & Windows required.
EDUCATION: HS Diploma required PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Sitting for approx. 8 hours, light to heavy lifting. Employment is subject to a background check, credit check and drug test.
*This position requires both weekend days and will possibly be split between 2 facilities.
*Full-time position- may be split between Kearny Mesa and our Miramar location to be considered full-time, will need a job application filled out before or during interview.

Pay: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour
