Parsons Collision Repair is looking for a Full-Time Office Manager. We are looking for highly motivated individual with strong customer service skills.

Family owned and operated, Parsons Collision Repair has been repairing vehicles in Southeast Ohio since 2008. Our mission is to provide customers with the best quality collision repair and customer service. At Parsons Collision Repair we only do business in an honest, friendly and professional atmosphere, always exceeding expectations.

Hours are Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm. Starting time may vary.

Job Description

• Facilitate the administrative aspect of the repair process
• Answer and respond to all incoming calls and emails
• Schedule all repair appointments for customers
• Prepare accurate, complete, and honest damage estimates for customers.
• Accurately documents supplemental damage found during the repair process and prepares supplements to insurance carriers and customers.
• Constant communication with insurance companies; reviewing damage estimates with insure adjuster.
• Maintain customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of vehicles; obtaining customer information and answering questions and concerns.
• Communicates with each customer on the process of the vehicle repair in a timely and effective manner.
• Provide exceptional service to customers from receipt of vehicles to their return to customers. Track customer satisfaction with completed repairs.
• Take ownership in office management duties
• Other duties as assigned by business owner

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-3+ years of customer service or administrative experience
• The ideal candidate will possess an upbeat, professional attitude.
• All interactions with customers should be professional and friendly
• Strong attention to detail with great organizational skills
• The role requires you to be a self-starter who works well under minimal supervision.
• Above average computer skills
• Prior collision estimating or equivalent experience a PLUS (Training can be provided)
• Valid Ohio Driver’s license required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $20.00 per hour
