Schedule: Mon-Fri 8-5 PST

Job Description/Requirements:
This position is responsible for a variety of support functions within Office Services including incoming and outgoing mail from various Health Plans sites, departments, and teams. The Office Services Specialist, is a cross-functional position. Duties include but are not limited to Microsoft Office Applications, outstanding customer service, filing and sorting correspondence, distribution of reports, Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, Individual Plan, Case & Disease and all other lines of business literature packets for members, groups, and agents, maintain sales and merchandise inventory, internal and external PHP and USPS mail handling, Medical Claims processing, maintain address updates and corrections. Verbal and written communication skills are essential. Outstanding customer service skills for vendor contacts.. Ability to handle heavy volume and multiple tasks with ease and in a professional manner. Acquire and maintain a general knowledge of all PHP products. Ability to remain composed toward a wide variety of staff members and customers. Work under high volume, pressure and tight deadlines. Ability to exceed monthly productivity goals.
Requirements:
- Operate letter opener, bursting, folder inserter, fax, copy machines.
- Performs critical work processing and data entry tasks.
- Maintains department filing.
- Prepares departments mailings.
- Open and date stamp all mail.
- Distributes mail in accordance with performance standards
- HS Diploma
