Our company is looking to hire an Office Assistant to be responsible for handling organizational and clerical support tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage filing system.
- Handle incoming calls and other communications.
- Respond to consumer disputes.
- Enter information into databases.
- Update paperwork, maintain documents and word processing.
- Perform general office clerk duties.
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Degree
- Proficient computer skills and some experience with Excel.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
- Punctual and consistent attendance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
