Are you looking for an engaging position where you can make a difference for the patient care experience? Fort HealthCare has an immediate opening in our medical clinic for an Office Assistant. This position is responsible for providing a positive first impression to our customers by greeting patients in accordance with our RESPECT standards, verifying insurance information, and registering and scheduling appointments in a fast-paced environment.
Qualified candidates must be high school graduates or equivalent and possess keyboarding skills to perform accurate and detailed data entry; and consistently demonstrate professional poise and presence when interaction with internal and external customers. Some travel between clinics may be requested. An active Wisconsin Driver's license is required. Prior office experience is preferred, with healthcare or insurance background a strong plus.
