Job description
  • Ensure office and kitchen are clean and ready for the day/next day
  • Replenish kitchen items throughout the day
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, copying, faxing
  • Schedule meetings and conference rooms
  • Make coffee and replenish throughout the day
  • Greet and receive guests and offer coffee or water
  • Announce visitor/guest
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Clean conference rooms throughout the day and replenish water bottles
  • Receive, sort and distribute the mail
  • Collect and distribute parcels
  • Help set up for office functions and gatherings
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Prepare Fed Ex labels for shipping international/domestics letters and packages
  • Prepare US Government Client shipping labels
  • Assist HR in preparing New Hire kits and badges, visiting cards and company phone plans
  • Request building access cards from property management and maintain list
  • Run company errands as needed
  • Deposit company checks either electronically or directly at the Bank and update the finance team with the deposit slip and details
  • Maintain and file HR documents
  • Update Wall Calendar
  • Managing transactions incurred on corporate credit card and periodic reporting of such transactions along with invoices/ receipts
  • Mailing Finance related letters

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
