Location: 3670 TROUSDALE PARKWAY Los Angeles, CA

Pay range: $20-25/hr

Performs a variety of administrative and general office duties. Serve as liaison to manager, unit chair, and faculty. Assists with faculty teaching needs, inside and outside of the classroom, plus with department meetings, conferences, seminars, and special events. Assists with purchasing catering for meetings, conferences, seminars, and special events. Responds to information inquiries/requests, and/or refers to supervisor as appropriate. Assists manager/chair in production and/or distribution of promotional materials. Assists with preparing processing of various USC forms and purchase orders related to teaching. Provides guest parking, room reservations, equipment reservations, and, at times, support at office reception

  • Prior experience in office management/administrative support. Experience with customer service. Strong working knowledge

of Microsoft Office Suite, PPT, and Outlook email.
