Our company manufactures high quality American made products for the screen printing industry that in turn, help our amazing customers produce brilliant prints that keep their customers happy and coming back for more! We are looking to invest in an amazing Office Team Member well suited in multi-tasking and performing duties accurately and efficiently to help ensure our valued customers are well taken care of.

We are a fast paced and growing company with a great team environment. Our ideal team member will have previous experience preparing Quickbooks invoices, receivables/collections, Excel spreadsheets, UPS Worldship entries and friendly customer service on the phone. This position is solely responsible for a steady diet of daily activity and being accurate in those responsibilities is really important to us and to our customers. We are seeking a team member with several years of experience in many of the tasks listed below.

Prior Skills Required:

* Prior Knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Word and Excel with a willingness to learn more
* Enjoy the Details of Number Entry

* Sharp Accuracy
* A/R & some A/P experience

* Lovely Customer Service - via phone and internet – little to no walk-in traffic
* UPS World Ship experience is recommended

Essential Daily Traits & Responsibilities:

* Creating invoices, processing mail, helping to answer phones, and collecting orders

* Courteous, friendly, and personable phone skills
* Accounts receivable, some A/P, Collections and Credit Card entries
* Purchase order follow-up
* QuickBooks Invoicing, keeping customer files accurate and up to date and good old filing

* Being able to multi-task with interruptions is essential

* Complex data entries into QuickBooks, Excel spreadsheets & Word

* 10 Key Proficiency

* Google Docs Data Entry
* UPS World Ship label creation

* Willingness and ability to have clear and open communication
* Enjoy flexibility in your schedule and enjoy every day (except Mondays… ha ha, kidding) in a productive but friendly small office environment

Additional Information:

* Great in office hours: Monday – Friday – 9 to 4pm (30-40 hrs wk. – we’re happy to discuss alternate hours

* Office is closed weekends and all major holidays

* Location –Fryelands area. Monroe, WA

* Starting wage $20 per hour. $19 per hour during initial 60 day training period.

**** Opportunity for increased pay with growth and additional responsibilities based on your level of awesomeness.

* $250 signing bonus after initial 60 day probation period is approved!!

* After one year of service on the team, enjoy 1 week paid vacation
*Standard sick days accrue with hours worked

* We’re pretty casual here, so no stiff business suits required

* Some additional health policy options available through Colonial Life, but primary health insurance is not available at this time.
