Cambridge College is seeking a Nursing Clinical Coordinator for its Delray Campus and new Associate of Science in Nursing program for the Miami Gardens, Florida Campus. This position will service both campuses.

Position Details: The Nursing Clinical Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Nursing Program Dean in obtaining and maintaining clinical sites, creating lab and simulation schedules, providing lab and clinical instruction when needed, perform clinical faculty observations, and assist in building positive relationships within the community. In addition, the Clinical Coordinator will maintain and order supplies for the simulation and basic labs and any other duties as assigned by the Nursing Program Dean.
This position plays a key role in the quality and compliance of the nursing program’s clinical education maintaining student files (certified background, health documents, BLS certification, and other information) and the clinical facility badging process. The candidate must be familiar with the Florida Board of Nursing statutes and CCNE and/or ACEN accreditation standards. This full-time position requires a person who excels in organization, strategically thinks, shows superb customer service, excellent communication skills, and a passion for nursing education.

Experience in an acute care clinical setting
Strong organization skills
Experience in Nursing education
Local travel is required.
Computer proficiency required (Word and Excel)
Other administrative duties as assigned by the Nursing Program Dean.
