Certified Nurse Midwife - Lynchburg, Virginia Certified Nurse-Midwife Opportunity – Lynchburg, VA The Centra Medical Group Women's Center is expanding to meet the needs of our community! CMG is seeking to add a Certified Nurse-Midwife to our CNM-governed practice located in central Virginia. The CMG Women's Center is a highly successful hospital-owned full-scope midwifery practice serving a diverse population. Services include reproductive and wellness care for women and non-binary individuals, including pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care. Births are attended at Centra's Virginia Baptist Hospital, a Baby-Friendly, Magnet Certified facility with supportive in-house consulting physicians, anesthesia and a Level II NICU. Our new expansion includes laborist services at the Magnet Certified Southside Community Hospital, our sister hospital in Farmville, VA. Experience with or be willing to learn 1st assist for cesarean birth, circumcisions, IUD/Nexplanon insertion and Group Prenatal Care.
