The Jewish Home of Rochester is offering a unique and rewarding opportunity for an experienced nursing leader to join our Top Workplace. The Nurse Manager will oversee both our well-established Memory Care Program and our innovative, new Neurobehavioral Rehabilitation Program. You’ll be a guiding presence, responsible for unit nursing operations, staff mentorship, and resident care, while ensuring both programs policies, procedures and objectives are being met.Current New York State Registered Professional Nursing license required. The ideal Nurse Manager candidate will have at least two (2) years of clinical experience with individuals with neurobehavioral disorders, two (2) years of clinical experience with individuals with dementia, and three (3) years of clinical experience in long-term nursing care (acute care acceptable). Previous leadership experience required.
