Provides in-service training and assists with the professional development of all staff members by performing the following duties:

Our Exceptional Nurse Manager role is responsible for training and developing our nursing teams. This role will help create lasting change and produce positive outcomes for our resident population.
Nurse Manager SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Stand in supervisory duties include team leader and charge nurse and/or other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
Nurse Manager EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Nursing Degree or completion of nursing program. Meets state and federal requirements.
Nurse Manager CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: RN or LPN license per facility requirements.
Must be COVID Vaccinated
