**Sign-On Bonus

We are a small assisted living community with a family atmosphere that also has a memory care community on the same campus. We are looking for either Full Time (30+ hours per week [including every other weekend]) or Part Time (15-30 hours per week [including every other weekend]) employees. Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

Medication Pass, Assessments, Basic first Aid, Supervising the Resident Care staff, Understands and operates within the ISDH Nursing Scope of Practice, Provides back-up resident care & clinical services to Care Services Manager, as instructed, maintain familiarity with resident records, and documents in resident records as required, assist with activities of daily living, environmental orientation, provide intermittent nursing services within scope of license and state regulations, assists with setting up, serving meals, and cleaning up afterwards, provides services as indicated on resident treatment and service plans.

A valid Indiana State Nursing (RN/LPN) License is required. We are looking for someone who is Compassionate, Humble, has Integrity, is inclusive, has an Excellent work ethic and likes to have Fun.
