Full Time and/or Part Time
Shifts include:
- 12 Hour Night (Every other weekend and every other holiday) 6:30pm-6:30am
- 12 Hour Day (Every other weekend and every other holiday) 6:30am-6:30pm
- 8 Hour Night (Every other weekend and every other holiday) 10:30pm-6:30am
- 8 Hour Evening (Every other weekend and every other holiday) 2:30pm-10:30pm
- 8 Hour Day (Every other weekend and every other holiday) 6:30am-2:30pm
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19 within 45 days of hire date.

Duties performed by an LPN/RN:
- Provide Leadership to nursing personnel
- Maintains accurate and complete resident medical record documentation
- Accurately prepares and administers medications and treatments to assigned residents according to physician orders and nursing procedures
- Completes incident reports and medication error reports and reports to the Charge Nurse
- Participates in shift report and assists in organizing resident care assignments
- Provides assistance and supervision to the CNA/QMA
- Responsible for directing, delivering , and evaluating the quality of care provided by all team members
- Responds immediately to emergency situations
- Reports any concerns/problems or discrepancies to the Unit Manager, DON, HFA
- Participates in providing restorative care for residents
- Participates in survey inspections
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and currently licensed in Indiana as a LPN and/or RN
- Desire to work with geriatric population
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Willingness to work in a team atmosphere
