Arbutus Park Retirement Community is looking for dedicated, compassionate and energetic individuals who would like to become Certified Nurse Aides.

No prior care giving experience is required. On-the-job training provided. Responsibilities include daily interaction with residents, delivering meals, snacks, drinks, assisting with baths, checking vital signs, charting, and assisting other nurses and staff as needed.

Required skills for this position include:

• Excellent attention to detail

• Great written and verbal communication
• Ability to carefully read and follow directions
• Flexibility in work duties and schedule
• Good teamwork skills
• Ability to lift and move patients
• Good foundation of clinical skills and knowledge
• Ability to successfully complete an 8 hour certification course
• Ability to successfully pass a state-issued exam.
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work second or third shift, weekends and holidays
