- Installs, maintains, diagnoses, and repairs PCs. laptops, printers, and other PC peripherals
- Pulls and terminates data cables
- Maintains equipment inventory, and assist with receiving/pre-processing new equipment
- Documents, updates, and monitors service calls
- Delivers and installs new PC equipment
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Must have good communication skills both oral and written
- Must have good customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Must be able to lift loads weighing between 25 to 50 lbs
Qualifications
- Must be a student at UHD and have a basic working knowledge of PC repair and networks
- Must be able to work 20 hours in a flexible schedule to include Saturdays
