In-Home Appliance Delivery team members needed

Pay: $180 Per Day

Schedule: M-F Sat option

We are seeking an experienced individual that has performed in-home delivery of appliances (basic hook-ups for refrigerators and washers/dryers) and furniture assembly/delivery, peloton bikes, etc.

Must work on M-F

A plus (not required) is an individual that has experience driving a 26’ Box Truck (Non-CDL).

This individual must be customer focused and professional. This induvial will become part of two-person delivery team for our premiere white-glove appliance service. The delivery teams will be responsible for the successful completion of daily deliveries.

MUST HAVE DRIVERS LICENSE & DOT MEDICAL CARD

Responsibilities

• Inspect and load appliances onto Box Truck that are scheduled for delivery
• Ability to lift up to 200 lbs via lifting harness or forearm straps (Equipment provided)
• Deliver and install new appliances in customer’s home
• Follow routes and arrive within the customer timeframe time
• Ability to operate a 26’ Box Truck (Non-CDL) and gate lift to complete deliveries
• Select and use basic tools to assemble, adjust and hook-up / assembly appliances / furniture
• Represent the company in a professional manner
• Inform customers about any issues preventing delivery or assembly

Skills

• Prior working experience as Delivery Driver / Helper installing appliances (basic hook-up) (JB Hunt, Retail Direct, or other Final Mile Companies)
• Valid drivers licenses and good driving record
• Ability to operate 26' box truck with liftgate (Non CDL)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Must be able to meet criminal background standards and pass drug screen
• Must have smart phone or tablet for delivery
• Must pass Drug Test / DOT CARD

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of related prior working experience preferred
• Military experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
