Full Job Description
BEX Logistics, Inc. is looking for Non CDL Team for General Freight/Furniture delivery routes in and around the Columbus and Surrounding areas. Furniture ranges from sofas, cribs, coffee tables, patio furniture, grills, recliners, TVs, ETC.
Basic Delivery, Threshold Delivery, White Glove, Assembly
Average Weekly Gross: $1,000-$1,500 WEEKLY
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Location: Obetz, Ohio
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Timely and accurate delivery including Basic Delivery, Threshold Delivery, White Glove Delivery, and some Assembly
- Select and use basic tools to assemble, adjust and install various pieces of furniture
- Must be able to follow assembly instructions as per manufacturer specifications to complete assembly of Sofas, Cribs, Coffee Tables, Patio Furniture, Grills, Recliners, TV’s, ETC.
- Loading and unloading up to 75 - 600 lbs. with the assistance of a dolly/big wheel
Requirements:
- Able to drive 24-26ft box truck with lift gate
- Lift, Move, Push, Pull 75+ pounds
- Able to use simple hand tools to put furniture together when needed
- Valid Driver's License with good driving record - Driver: active MC and DOT number with the FMCSA
- Professional work experience as a Delivery Driver or a willingness to learn the trade
- Must be 21 years of age
