Your Evening Will Involve
- Answering the phone and taking guest reservations
- Take payments for reservations and shop purchases
- Promoting and selling hotel amenities
- Coordinate guest requests for special services or equipment
- Keeping the main lobby and dining area clean as needed
- Assisting other departments with end of day tasks

Working the third shift often involves quite evenings while completing tasks for the next morning.
