The NICU Nurse Manager will report directly to the Director of Neonatal Services. Supported by two assistant managers and several tenured charge nurses, this person will lead a fantastic team and busy department. The staff here is passionate about the care they provide and are a happy and cohesive team, eagerly looking to welcome in a new manager.

The NICU Nurse Manager will be in charge of ensuring quality care is provided by all nurses in the NICU. The NICU Nurse Manager will have opportunities to develop their staff through education and quality improvement initiatives. While also maintaining an orientation to fiscal management and sound business decisions, this manager will lead the NICU unit as a whole in upholding the values and mission of the hospital while promoting a safe and productive environment.
