Scope:

Under the direction of the Director of Inventory, the Project Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the construction management team as new homes are ordered and delivered and providing stellar customer service to vendors and ensure timelines for deliverables are met.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Works directly with vendors and construction team to meet deadlines, escalate issues to appropriate manager and construction teams and update Construction Manager weekly on project status
  • Coordinates logistics for product delivery and implementation and ensure newly delivered homes are setup within 45 days of delivery date
  • Communicates with construction team including City/ County building/ permit departments to resolve any and all questions and concerns
  • Reviews quotes for accuracy and floor plans and upload in to BackOffice
  • Reviews and submits lot prep and setup invoice wires timely and follow up to ensure wires go out
  • Releases orders to the manufacturer upon approval from the Director of Inventory
  • Submits charge backs to manufacturers
  • Maintains paper files related to new home setup
  • Complete special projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience, preferably in an administrative or client service role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet competing deadlines
  • Demonstrated strong customer service skills
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license.
  • Proficient in Excel, MS Office, Internet and property management business applications.
  • Energetic and positive with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Flexibility to travel up to 25%, some weekends may be required

Location: Lakeland Region (FL)

Compensation: $21.00 - $23.00/hr (Based on experience)

Physical Requirements:

Occasional exposure to wet/and or humid conditions; the employee will occasionally lift packages up to 20 lbs.; frequently required to walk; frequent exposure to outside weather conditions.
