Job description
Develop and facilitate detailed procedure and requirements for establishing new accounts for entities in Puerto Rico, establish system changes and documentation that allow for a positive client and advisor experience, and service as a liaison between GCO partners to facilitate complete requirements. Additionally, provide white glove service for the field with complex ownerships, also assist New business team with coaching, documentation, and resolution of complex issues.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine reporting and analysis contributing to recommendations for the business based on the need for minor process improvement, along with assisting in small to medium projects within business.
  • Perform routine reporting and analysis within existing reporting models, while recommending minor adjustments. Make recommendations based on reporting and analysis that best meet client or business objectives.
  • Develop solutions for routine and less complex problems for the business. Trouble shoot, resolve problems or issues, while contributing to define solutions.
  • Make recommendations that best meet client and business objectives.

Required Qualifications
  • Education: Associate degree or equivalent (2-years) .
  • Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Post-secondary education and relevant work experience may be interchanged to meet the combined total years of minimum required qualifications for education and experience.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Quantitative skills with the ability to use statistical analysis and modeling.
  • Strong knowledge of business operations and processes in one or more areas.
  • Ability to communicate effectively on recommendations and analysis results and establish and maintain strong relationships across the organization. Applies computer analysis techniques.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent (4-years)
