Duties and Responsibilities are not limited to:

• Recruiting, Hiring, and Performance Management/Mentoring
• Directly accountable for the P&L
• Works with clinicians in assessing clinic workflows and processes
• Ensures staffing optimization and holds staff accountable to impact workflow and patient experience for all disciplines and sites
• Builds an environment that is positive, safe, and focuses on quality care for the patients
• Develop strategies that will drive key business and clinical metrics.
• Maintains and establishes relationships with employers, payers, referral sources, networks, local communities, etc. to drive market growth.
• Mentors team, exercise tact and diplomacy in dealing with sensitive, complex, and confidential personnel issues and employee situations
• Create and manage schedule to ensure appropriate staffing levels

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Two to three years of supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to lead and prioritize multiple tasks at a time in a dynamic environment without direct supervision
• Ability to identify areas of opportunity, develop a plan of action to improve, implement and evaluate plan effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
