Call Center Specialists

Corning Credit Union continues to expand its operations in the Wilmington, North Carolina area and is seeking Call Center Specialists.

We are currently looking for full-time internal Call Center Specialists to provide extraordinary member service over the phone and through email. As a member of our call center team, you will:

• Build member relationships with every interaction
• Troubleshoot and resolve member questions
• Perform various financial transactions
• Educate members on products and services that best meet their financial needs

• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus!
• A high school diploma or GED is required
• A bachelor’s degree or other form of secondary education - such as an associate degree - is preferred. Commensurate work experience and/or applicable certifications also considered
• 1-3 years of customer service, banking or call center experience preferred
